What is it?

The 5 Week MindFit Challenge is a practical five-week program full of actionable content and challenge. The program isn't onerous - it's very time-efficient and flexible, and creates powerful personal and professional outcomes. We've intentionally designed not to take energy but to add energy to your personal and professional world.

We've also created a collaboration space where you can share the five week journey with your peers - called the MindFit Arena.

Throughout the challenge you will build self-leadership habits, implement productivity tools and develop self-leadership and regulations towards optimising:

  • Time - productivity hacks, effective planning systems.
  • Mindset - debriefing tools, meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology.
  • Relationships - self-confidence, assertiveness, boundaries, expectation management.
  • Motivation - connecting with your goals, your passion, and your story.
